Founded in 2018 by Kamber Parker Bowden, Generational Performance Solutions was built on a simple belief: better leadership starts with a better understanding of people.

What began as a passion for studying generational differences has evolved into a workforce performance company that helps organizations navigate communication, change, engagement, and leadership challenges through the lens of generational research.
